I make every single patch completely custom to your photo! I trace over all the photos on my tablet, digitize (convert them into sewing files) embroider, treat, and ship all patches myself. You're ordering custom artwork that takes between 8 - 12.5 active labor hours. Most hand painted (not computer generated) pet portraits take between 2-6 weeks to complete and ship.
