Regardless of the size of your body, you deserve to wear clothes that you love and will wear! Pet Portrait Information
I can embroider pet portraits between 4" x 4" up to 8" x 8" Faces only--for now at least! I'm growing as an artist and I do not feel comfortable producing the quality of full body portraits just yet.

This is a COMPLETELY CUSTOM ORDER! I am asking for this information so that I can make the greatest representation of your pet possible! The BEST photo you can provide will get me the best image to trace and create the portrait. I will do my best with whatever you give me, but if I receive a photo I cannot work with, I will work with you to get a better photo, or will cancel the order (which I REALLY would rather not do!).

When you email me, please include MULTIPLE photos of your pet for me to choose from! If you have a favorite photo, please indicate it in the email.

Pricing--Creation Price is the same for all of my products. No bridal tax here!

This listing Reserves Your Spot with 2.5 hours of drawing and consultation ($87.50).  I will send you a watermarked*, graphic proof of your portrait. After we discuss if you have any changes or alterations to make to the graphic, I will digitize (turn into an embroidery file) and give you an itemized invoice for the remaining digitization price, product pricing, and cost for embroidery (please see graphic for $$ breakdown!)

*I do not distribute un-watermarked proofs of my graphics. You will have the option to purchase other items with the graphic from my store.

I personally do not like the aesthetic of Text with the bouquets--I think it's too much! If you REALLY want text (Name, Wedding Date, etc.) I will work with you to make it happen :)

Mockup:

I will provide mockup(s) of your pet as a digital drawing before stitching your jacket.

These are NOT computer generated portraits and I do not outsource ANY part of my process. I have made thousands of pet portraits and I am very, very good at catching anything that could produce an error before it happens. 

At this point in the process, I may send you a request for a new photo. Sometimes art just doesn't want to be made and often times I find trying to force it to work leaves everyone frustrated and disappointed at the end of the day. My friend, I am here to create art with you. You're paying me to do so, sure, but my art would not exist if not for your love for your pet or your person to drive us toward creating it! 

However, if there are any key characteristics (underbite, scars, color patches, etc.) that you want me to highlight, please state what they are in the email to me!

I will get you your mockup within the first week of your deposit. I will NOT place orders for jackets until you respond and confirm your approval of the mockup. Once you approve of the mockup, I will digitize your graphic into sewing files before creating an itemized invoice /custom order on my website. Invoices will include

• digitizing time ($35/hour)
• product cost ($0 if you send your own item, $40 for jacket)
• Stitch Cost ($1 / 1,000 stitches, see below for estimates. I will also discuss this with you before!)

Embroidered Pet Portrait Jacket Timeline Process - Ships in 3 Business Weeks*

Week 1 - You send me a photo and we discuss fonts/text/placement and any Pet characteristics you want to capture. It will also take about a week for the jacket to arrive at my house (I can't afford to buy wholesale yet!)

Week 2: I will draw up your pet and prepare the watermarked mockup of your pet. I'll send it to you and we will work through any necessary revisions. 

Week 3: I sew out and prepare your custom jacket for shipping. If I find any errors in the stitching or the project is not turning out, I will let you know and redo the project. I am a (recovering) perfectionist and refuse to let anything leave my house that I wouldn't wear myself. 

I will also attempt to stage and take photos of your jacket myself. Please let me know if you want a sneak peak at it or would like it to be a surprise when you open it!
